The Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) will open the Providing Access and Transforming Health (PATH) Capacity and Infrastructure Transition, Expansion, and Development (CITED) Round 2 application on February 28, 2023. The PATH CITED initiative provides funding to build up the capacity and infrastructure of on-the-ground partners, such as community-based organizations, public hospitals, county agencies, Tribes, and others, to successfully participate in the Medi-Cal delivery system as California widely implements Enhanced Care Management and Community Supports under California Advancing and Innovating Medi-Cal.

***The deadline to apply for CITED Round 2 funding is May 31, 2023.***

Applicants eligible to apply for CITED Round 2 funding may include, but are not limited to:
• County, city, and local government agencies
• Hospital or health care provider (including public hospitals)
• Community-based organizations
• Medi-Cal Tribal and Designees of Indian Health Programs
• Federally Qualified Health Centers
• Others as approved by DHCS
