STANDING COMMITTEES
Board Development Committee
- Meets by ZOOM about 3 times per year, with details provided at least a month prior.
- Focus areas: Identify Potential Board Members | Nominations | By-laws Review
Education Committee
- Meets by GotoMeeting 10 times per year, 2nd Tuesday of the month, 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Focus areas: Identify and Plan Webinar Topics | Plan content for Spring and Fall Conferences
Finance Committee
- Meets by GotoMeeting or Zoom quarterly, last Thursday of the month at 2:00 p.m., and as needed.
- Focus areas: Budget | Banking / Financial Review
Legislative / Public Policy Committee
- Meets by GotoMeeting or Zoom on the 1st Thursday of the month, 2:30 p.m.– 3:30 p.m.
- Focus areas: Review Legislative Bills | Promote Grassroots Advocacy
Membership Committee
- Meets by ZOOM 11 times per year on the 3rd Tuesday of the month from 11:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
- Focus areas: Review/approve Membership Applications | Review Dues Categories and Annual Dues Rates | Reveiw Membership Marketing Ideas & Programs
WORKGROUPS - Ad Hoc
ADP Learning Lab
- Meets bi-monthly by ZOOM on the 2nd Thursday of the month from 3 p.m. - 4 p.m.
- Focus areas: Identify Member Support Needs | Discuss emerging issues
CalAIM ECM Work Group - Ad Hoc Learning Lab
- Meets by ZOOM on the 1st Tuesday of the month from 11 AM – 12 PM
- Focus areas: Engage CAADS Members in an ongoing learning community about Medi-Cal/CalAIM Enhanced Care Management and community services opportunities and related grants.
