Enhanced Care Management (ECM) Webinar Series

On June 2, from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. PDT, DHCS will host the first in a series of three webinars on ECM. The first webinar, ECM: A New Vision for Whole Person Care, will explain the vision for the CalAIM ECM benefit, provide a real life example of implementation in Alameda County, and address frequently asked questions. Interested stakeholders are encouraged to submit questions in advance of the webinar to CalAIMECMILOS@dhcs.ca.gov. Attendees will also have an opportunity to ask questions during the webinar. Advanced registration is required.

Also, on June 14, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. PDT, DHCS will provide an overview of ECM in a presentation intended for providers and community-based organizations, especially those located in rural areas. There will also be a question and answer session for providers interested in participating in the delivery of ECM. Finally, on June 21, from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. PDT, DHCS will host a discussion of how ECM and Community Supports intersect.
