DDS Public Meeting: Individual Program Plan/Person-Centered Services Plan
You’re invited to attend a meeting to review and provide feedback on the proposed standardized and statewide Individual Program Plan/Person-Centered Services Plan template that all regional centers will implement and use starting January 1, 2025. This template has been developed in consultation with the Regional Center Performance Measures Workgroup members, DDS Consumer Advisory Committee, Regional Centers, community organizations and other Service Access & Equity focus groups.
This meeting is open to the public and time will be allotted for public comments.
Meeting materials will be sent in a separate email and posted on the DDS website for your review before the meeting date. Click the button below to register.
