CAADS Office Hours: Claims Crisis Update (a Members Only event)
Since learning of the ransomware cyberattack on Change Health clearinghouse (a subsidiary of United Health) CAADS has been in steady, almost daily communication with LA Care and state department officials to discuss the status of resolving the fall-out from this unprecedented attack. We completely understand the impact this is having on cash flow.
To keep CAADS members fully informed as to what is known about the LA Care clearinghouse attack and other claims related problems that have been escalating since the start of the year, Lydia Missaelides, CAADS Interim Executive Director will host a special Office Hours this Friday March 8, 2024 from 1:00 to 2:00 PM. This is free to all CAADS members.
She will be joined by Renee Nashtut, CEO of TurboTar, who has worked closely with Lydia since the start of the year as a CAADS vendor partner and billing claims expert. We hope you can join us for this discussion.
