CalAIM: October 6 Intermediate Care Facility for Developmentally Disabled (ICF/DD) Carve-In Promising Practices Webinar
The CalAIM Intermediate Care Facility for the Developmentally Disabled (ICF/DD) Carve-In: ICF/DD Carve-In Promising Practices Webinar is focused on providing promising practices for MCPs, ICF/DD Homes, and Regional Centers to support overall readiness for when the ICF/DD Carve-In goes into effect on January 1, 2024.
The Learning Objectives for this Webinar include:
1. Provide an understanding of the roles and responsibilities of MCPs, ICF/DD Homes, and Regional Centers related to the transition to managed care.
2. Discuss promising practices for MCPs, ICF/DD Homes, and Regional Centers to consider as they complete readiness activities, including Contracting, LTSS Liaison, Authorizations, Leaves of Absence and Bed Holds, and Billing and Payment.
