The initiation of Emergency Remote Services (ERS) as part of CBAS programming has led to a new federal requirement: Electronic Visit Verification, or EVV. This webinar will explain where EVV comes from and the new things that CBAS Centers and Managed Care Plans are now mandated to do. You'll learn how to register for EVV; when the use of the EVV notification system is required; and the newly published Medi-Cal codes going into place for both EVV and ERS. We’ll share what we have learned and highlight what is yet unknown as we discuss crucial issues, including the readiness of managed care plans to implement the new billing codes.
