CAADS Webinar: Emergency Remote Services (ERS): Lessons from the First Quarter
WHAT WE WILL COVER
While severe winter weather and threats from COVID-19, influenza, and RSV have created continuing challenges, Emergency Remote Services (ERS) is fortunately now part of the CBAS toolbox. The first quarter of ERS implementation (October-December 2022) has shown how quickly a new state policy can be put to urgent use, with many resulting challenges and lessons to explore.
In this must-see webinar, host Lydia Missaelides, CDA, and CBAS Vision Team Members will take an in-depth look at the implementation of ERS. We’ll clarify policies, opportunities, and data trends and look ahead to the benefits of full integration of ERS into CBAS service delivery in 2023.
We'll also discuss the importance of COVID booster shots and other resources for improving Covid-related safety in your facilities. This webinar will benefit both CBAS and Adult Day providers.
Join us and bring your questions and ideas to share! This session will be recorded and made available for viewing on the CAADS website.
