DHCS CalAIM MLTSS and Duals Integration December Workgroup Meeting
On December 15 at 10 a.m., the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) will virtually host the California Advancing and Innovating Medi-Cal (CalAIM) Managed Long-Term Services and Supports (MLTSS) and Duals Integration Workgroup meeting.
This workgroup serves as a stakeholder collaboration hub for CalAIM MLTSS and integrated care for dual eligible members, and allows stakeholders to provide feedback and share information about policy, operations, and strategy for upcoming changes to Medicare and Medi-Cal.
Agenda items include a summary of January 2023 enrollment changes, an overview of the 2024 Dual Eligible Special Needs Plans (D-SNP) care coordination guidance on palliative care, an update on the Long-Term Services and Supports dashboard, an update on the recently released 2023 CalAIM D-SNPs policy guide chapters, and a review of the January 2023 skilled nursing facility long-term care carve-in transition.
