California HCBS 101 with COVID-19 Considerations
Medi-Cal funded Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) are integral to maintaining housing stability for people with disabilities of all ages and older adults. This training will cover the definition of HCBS and the value of these services to the disability community including people with disabilities experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity. The training will provide an overview of the HCBS available in California, information on ways to apply, and discuss ways in which the provision of HCBS are affected by COVID-19.
