• A sign-in sheet will be provided in each breakout room where CEs are offered. Be sure to sign the CE sheet once the session has concluded.
   

CAADS is a Continuing Education provider for:

California Board of Registered Nursing (BRN)
Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider Number 11021, for 3 contact hours.

• Registered Nurse (RN)
• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

California Department of Social Services,
Community Care Licensing Division (CDSS-CCLD)

CE Provider Number not required for CAADS courses.

• Adult Day Program Administrator and Staff
