NADSA Business Boot Camp: Streamlining and Enhancing Center Operations
NADSA will be hosting its first Boot Camp in 2025 with two sessions in February (18/19) and two in March (19/20). NADSA Members can take advantage of the Early Bird registration rate through Monday, February 10th.
This Boot Camp will be focused on traditional and novel funding streams; donor, partner, and community stewardship; maintaining and growing your census; and maximizing efficiency and growth.
