Caregiver Voices Needed for Roundtables
Did you know that one in 11 people will be diagnosed with PTSD in their lifetime and that women are twice as likely as men to have PTSD? And that U.S. Latinos, African Americans, and Native Americans/Alaska Natives are disproportionately affected at higher rates than non-Latino whites? We must address these disparities as we develop tools and solutions and in the subsequent outreach and communications to ensure equitable access.
CAN is collaborating with Mental Health America (MHA), to develop a clear and comprehensive guide for care partners of loved ones living with PTSD or those suspected of living with PTSD.

There will be only one roundtable offered, with up to 10 family caregiver participants, so availability will be on a "first come, first served" basis. Sign-up for the roundtables will end at 5 PM Eastern on August 19th.
