WEBINAR: What Matters Most to HCBS Beneficiaries of Color?
With support from The SCAN Foundation and the California Health Care Foundation, we recently finished a pilot study where we partnered with community organizations in California to engage dually eligible people of color in a process of co-creating a set of HCBS quality measures that capture what matters most to older adults of color receiving home and community-based services (HCBS). The new findings can inform local, state and national policy about what matters to older adults when it comes to home and community based services.
