Webinar: Learn how your caregivers can receive training and incentives through the CDA’s CalGrows program
With your help, we can improve job satisfaction and grow the skills of the direct care Home and Community-Based Services workforce and unpaid family and friend caregivers providing care for older adults and people with disabilities in California.
The CalGrows program - a $100 million program by the California Department of Aging (CDA) - is provided at no charge to you or your direct care workers (DCWs), and is designed to increase the quality of care and job satisfaction across California. We need your help getting the word out to DCWs about the training, up to $6,000 in incentives per caregiver, and personal coaching. Learn how qualifying caregivers can sign up and take advantage of this innovative program.
Join us on March 2, 2023, at 10 a.m. PST, for a webinar that will provide an overview of the CalGrows training, incentives, and personal coaching programs, and more information on how you can help spread the news about CalGrows to the caregivers in your network.
Thank you for supporting caregivers as they provide quality care to Californians. Together we are Growing a Resilient, Outstanding Workforce.
