National Strategy on Caregiving: California at the Forefront
California is home to almost five million unpaid family caregivers who help their parents, spouses, children, and friends with everyday tasks. The Administration for Community Living recently released the 2022 National Strategy to Support Family Caregivers, which highlights nearly 350 actions the federal government will take to support family caregivers in the coming year.
