Ca. Dept. of Aging: Aging & Disability Resource Connection (ADRC)/No Wrong Door (NWD) Presentation
On August 25, the California Department of Aging will hold a one-hour presentation entitled, “Introduction to Aging & Disability Resource Connection (ADRC)/No Wrong Door (NWD)”. This presentation will provide a foundational understanding of ADRC partnerships, including:
• Key concepts of the ADRC/NWD vision.
• How ADRCs streamline access to long-term services and supports (LTSS) in the local community.
• Statewide expansion efforts.
All statewide Area Agencies on Aging, Independent Living Centers, LTSS providers, state and local government organizations, and health care entities are encouraged to attend this highly informative session.
