ALEwebtalk Part 33: It's a Whole New World! – Care Planning During the Transition to Congregate Services
MAY 19 - WHAT WE WILL COVER
Whether you provide services as a licensed Adult Day Program (ADP) or ADHC/CBAS, getting back to congregate programming will require all the creativity and resourcefulness that adult day services have to offer. In this webinar, highly experienced ADP and ADHC/CBAS program directors from the Vision Team will share practical planning guidance and ideas to aid your preparations for safely re-congregating.
A special focus will be on suggested approaches for effective evaluation and assessments, as well as ways to address hybrid care planning during the transitional period. Sample care plans will provide lots of food for thought, and plenty of time will be allowed for lively discussion and answering questions. Join us and bring your ideas!
