Each state and each community have a different system of access and service provision. During this webinar we will discuss how adult day centers can identify organizational alliances to drive exchange of referrals and access new business opportunities while forming and engaging in community networks. These organizations may include Medicaid, hospitals, area agencies on aging, managed care organizations (Medicare Advantage plans and Medicaid), Centers for Independent Living and even health departments.
Objectives of this session will include:
- Tips for identifying organizational alliances to drive exchange of referrals and access new business opportunities
- Steps towards gaining a meeting w/ Dept of Health, Dept of Aging and others that have a direct role impact on Adult Day
- Understanding the needs of potential payers and partners
