On June 10 at 10 a.m., the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) will hold the CalAIM Managed Long-Term Services and Supports (MLTSS) and Duals Integration Workgroup meeting via webinar. The goal of the workgroup is to collaborate with stakeholders on the transition of Cal MediConnect (CMC) to a statewide MLTSS and Dual Eligible Special Needs Plan (D-SNP) aligned enrollment structure. Agenda items include a review and discussion of lessons learned and promising practices from care coordination in CMC and the Coordinated Care Initiative.
