ACL 21-04 notifies CBAS providers of new requirements and a timeline for the phased transition to providing full ADHC / CBAS congregate center services sometime later in 2021. While timelines may change based on evolving public health guidance, the policy directives specified in ACL 21-04 are effective immediately.

All providers are strongly encouraged to attend.
