  ranks 11th overall in the nation\, however\, there is still ample opportu
 nity to improve the system so LTSS are equitable and reach the people who 
 need them the most.  \n\nJoin The SCAN Foundation and the California Colla
 borative for Long-Term Services and Supports (CCLTSS) on Wednesday\, Febru
 ary 28\, 2024\, from 10:30 am – 12:00 pm PT for a legislative briefing on 
 LTSS. We’ll provide an overview of LTSS\, as well as explore key issues im
 pacting the affordability\, access\, and provision of LTSS. We’ll also hig
 hlight California's ranking on some of the LTSS Scorecard indicators\, ele
 vating potential solutions for improving LTSS in California.
