 Loving Care Adult Medical Day Care in Gaithersburg\, Maryland.  He is curr
 ently the immediate past president and member of the executive committee o
 f the Maryland Association of Adult Day Services (MAADS)\, where he has be
 en a key contributor and member of the board since 2015. He is an active a
 dvocate for the importance and value of medical day care in the continuum 
 of care and the key role they play in reducing the overall cost of healthc
 are.  His prior experience includes senior executive positions at various 
 technology and government contracting organizations.  He has helped with k
 ey organizational transformation initiatives\, examined enterprise process
 es and technologies\, and uncovered new ways to align IT with business nee
 ds\, control costs\, and risks\, and improve productivity.  He has a stron
 g passion for science\, engineering\, technology and problem solving.\nEli
 zabeth (Liz) Barnes\, MHA: Elizabeth (Liz) Barnes is Vice President of Pro
 gram Operations for Easterseals DC|MD|VA and has over 15 years of experien
 ce supporting people with disabilities through their lifespan. She is the 
 current Maryland Association for Adult Day Services [MAADS] president. She
  has worked on increasing Medicaid reimbursements at the state level while
  adding on an additional adult day services supplement at the county level
 . Elizabeth started her career as a direct care staff. She has also worked
  as a Behavioral Rehabilitation Clinician\, Assistant Program Director\, P
 rogram Director\, Director of Residential\, and Executive Director. Elizab
 eth holds a Bachelorâ€™s degree from the University of Maryland Baltimore Co
 unty in Psychology with a concentration in Clinical Psychology\, and a Mas
 terâ€™s Degree in Healthcare Administration from Utica College.\n
