 MPH is the President of CarePartners\, a nonprofit organization that provi
 des support\, education\, resources\, and respite to family caregivers and
  older adults in Houston\, Texas. She has worked in health-related nonprof
 it programs for nearly 15 years and has led multiple grant-funded programs
  focused on supporting individuals with dementia and their families. Katie
  has secured over $2 million in federal demonstration grants for the great
 er Houston area focused on improving the region’s capability to respond to
  and serve people with dementia and their caregivers. Most recently she le
 d a successful $1.2 million capital campaign to save Texas’s oldest dement
 ia day center from closure. Katie will share her experience in pursuing di
 fferent funding opportunities\, from private to public funders.  Katie ser
 ves on the Board of the National Adult Day Services Association.\n\nKathle
 en Kolenda\, M.A.\, is the Vice President\, Adult Day Services for Easters
 eals Southern California. Kathleen leads Easterseals Adult Day Services in
  a five-county region of Southern California. Kathleen empowers a team of 
 purpose-driven ADS Directors delivering person-centered services and suppo
 rt to people in Los Angeles\, Orange\, Riverside\, San Diego\, and Imperia
 l Counties. Kathleen has written and implemented a wide variety of innovat
 ive grant-funded projects throughout her career. Kathleen will share her e
 xperiences proposing\, implementing\, and accomplishing multiple grant-fun
 ded projects.  Kathleen serves on the California Association for Adult Day
  Services\, CAADS\, as a board member\, and the National Adult Day Service
