 e Services (DHCS) will host the California Advancing and Innovating Medi-C
 al (CalAIM) Managed Long-Term Services and Supports (MLTSS) and Duals Inte
 gration Workgroup meeting.\n \nThe goal of the CalAIM MLTSS and Duals Inte
 gration Workgroup is to collaborate with stakeholders on statewide MLTSS\,
  aligned enrollment\, and Exclusively Aligned Enrollment (EAE) Dual Eligib
 le Special Needs Plan (D-SNP) policy. This includes the Coordinated Care I
 nitiative (CCI) and Cal MediConnect (CMC) transition\, the D-SNP look-alik
 e transition\, and new enrollment in EAE D-SNPs. Under EAE\, beneficiaries
  can enroll in a D-SNP for Medicare benefits and in a Medi-Cal managed car
 e plan that are both operated by the same parent organization for better c
 are coordination and integration.\n \nAgenda items include the 2023 transi
 tion and outreach efforts\, provider network alignment and reporting requi
 rements\, and the proposed continuity of care policy\, followed by a panel
  presentation on continuity of care and breakout room discussions.\n \nThe
  meeting is open to the public and you can register now. Background materi
 als\, transcripts\, and video recordings of the previous workgroup meeting
 s\, along with additional information about the workgroup\, are posted on
