 nd weatherizing their homes\, as well as keeping up with other utilities. 
 This training will provide information about federal utility assistance pr
 ograms such as the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)\, th
 e new Low-Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP)\, the low-inc
 ome Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP)\, and additional protections f
 or those with serious illnesses. These programs can help older adults stay
  safe and healthy\, reducing the dangers that arise from a lack of access 
 to utilities. We will also discuss ways that advocates can connect older a
 dults to these utility assistance programs.  \n\nSpeaker: Olivia Wein\, Na
 tional Consumer Law Center \n\nClosed captioning will be available on this
