 Care Services (DHCS) will host the CalAIM Managed Long-Term Services and S
 upports (MLTSS) and Duals Integration Workgroup meeting. \n\nThe goal of t
 he workgroup is to collaborate with stakeholders on statewide MLTSS and Ex
 clusively Aligned Enrolled Dual Eligible Special Needs Plans (D-SNP) enrol
 lment\, including the transition of the Coordinated Care Initiative (CCI) 
 and Cal MediConnect (CMC)\, the D-SNP look-alike transition\, and new enro
 llment into exclusively aligned plans. Under exclusively aligned enrollmen
 t\, beneficiaries can enroll in a D-SNP for Medicare benefits and in a Med
 i-Cal managed care plan that are both operated by the same parent organiza
 tion for better care coordination and integration.\n\nAgenda items include
  an update on CMC transition noticing\, an overview of the DHCS outreach a
 nd communications strategy for the CalAIM D-SNP exclusively aligned enroll
 ment in 2023\, and a panel discussion and breakout sessions on promising p
 ractices and lessons learned from CMC outreach. \n\nPlease register for th
