 fied\, adult and geriatric primary care nurse practitioner whose program o
 f research is dedicated to leveraging ethnically diverse older adults' par
 ticipation in adult day health care to facilitate health promotion and eli
 minate health access barriers. She is a member of the National Adult Day S
 ervices research committee\, and has led the evaluation of outcomes associ
 ated with CAADS' Community Based Health Home project.\n\nCAADS MEMBERS: No
