  provider expectations\, and an overview of the payment process.\n\nThe we

 ocial service providers\, counties\, and other organizations currently par
 ticipating in a Whole Person Care (WPC) pilot or the Health Homes Program 
 (HHP)\, that may be interested in\, or are in the process of\, becoming an
  ECM or ILOS provider. Information presented in the webinar will also be u
 seful to non-HHP or WPC providers seeking additional information on ECM an
 d ILOS. Time will be reserved at the end of the webinar for a Q&A session.
