 not available in the home and community. This training will explore the in
 tersection of health and housing to support aging in place. It will provid
 e information about Medicaid Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS)\, as
  well as what housing-related services can be funded through Medicaid. \n
 \nParticipants will: \n1.	Understand the connection between health and hous
 ing\; \n2.	Learn the different ways that Medicaid can fund HCBS to keep peo
 ple in their homes or create housing for people experiencing homelessness\
 ; and \n3.	Hear about examples of different community models that have inte
 grated housing and health care to support housing stability\, including fo
