 and opportunities to advance capacity for an integrated system of medical

 portunities to Strengthen Coordination Under CalAIM.' Webinar panelists\, 
 including long-term services and supports (LTSS) and Medi-Cal managed care
  plan (MCP) representatives\, will discuss experiences developing partners
 hips under the Coordinated Care Initiative\, and will describe lessons aro
 und: (1) developing MCP and LTSS partnerships\, including contracting\; (2
 ) addressing barriers and leveraging opportunities to expand access to hom
 e- and community-based services\; and (3) elevating strategies to support 
 data sharing and improve care coordination. The target audience for this w
 ebinar includes MCPs\, LTSS providers\, advocates\, and other key MCP part
 ners with an expected role in advancing SPD-focused reforms.\n \nRegister
