 ional eligibility for Medi-Cal Home and Community-Based (HCBS) programs\, 
 an overview of the type of HCBS waiver and state-based programs available 
 in California\, and discuss the gaps in coverage and services that lead to
  inequities in who has access to services in their homes and communities. 
  \nWe will conclude the webinar with an update on California’s efforts to 
 update its 1115 waiver and more broadly re-design the Medi-Cal program\, a
