 & Supports (MLTSS) and Duals Integration Workgroup. The goal of the workgr
 oup is to collaborate with stakeholders on the transition of Cal MediConne
 ct (CMC) to a statewide MLTSS and Dual Eligible Special Needs Plan (D-SNP)
  aligned enrollment structure. \n\nStakeholders will have the opportunity 
 to provide feedback and share information about policy\, operations\, and 
 strategy for DHCS’ transition plan for dual eligibles within the CalAIM in
 itiative. This workgroup is open to the public. Agenda items include a rev
 iew and discussion of DHCS “lead plan” enrollment policies and a discussio
 n on Medicare deeming. \n\nPlease register for the April 7 meeting. Backgr
 ound materials\, transcripts\, and video recordings of the February and Ma
 rch workgroup meetings\, along with additional information about the workg
