 mittees completed the tasks of crystalizing the data categories and fields
 . RTZ/CadCare\, a NADSA Strategic Partner\, is partnering with NADSA to cr
 eate the data collection/management platform as well as the interoperation
  capabilities. Collection of this data is more important than ever with to
 morrow’s signing into law the American Recovery Plan. That legislation inc
 ludes the following provisions which can have a measurable impact on Adult
  Day Services:\n\n- 35% bump in the federal share of Medicaid (FMAP) fundi
 ng\;\n- $1.444 billion for Older Americans Act (OAA) programs\; and\n- $27
 6 mm from which a portion is targeted for Older Adult Protective Services 
 (OAPS).
