 ly for people of color\, depending on where they live.  \n \nThis webinar\
 , HCBS 101: Access to Home & Community-Based Care for Older Adults\, will 
 provide an overview of the HCBS infrastructure and gaps in coverage and se
 rvices for low-income older adults. We will also talk about some of the po
 tential solutions to improving HCBS that are gaining traction in Congress
