 on March 9\n\nDear Colleagues\,\n\nWe are pleased to announce a funding op
 portunity through the Asthma Mitigation Project.\n\nThe project supports a
  statewide network of organizations providing asthma home visiting\, educa
 tion and environmental mitigation throughout California\, with a focus on 
 serving Medi-Cal patients. Funding is focused on services for individuals 
 with poorly controlled asthma to improve asthma self-management\, as well 
 as to decrease exposure to environmental triggers and improve asthma outco
 mes.\nThe Center is seeking applications from organizations such as commun
 ity-based organizations\, local health departments\, community-based healt
 h care providers and Medi-Cal managed care organizations that will work on
  specific culturally and linguistically appropriate asthma home visiting p
 rograms.\n\nWith grants up to $350\,000 over two years\, this funding oppo
 rtunity will support asthma home visiting services\, including education a
 nd environmental trigger mitigation.\n\nAccess the Request for Proposals:
